Please read the agreement below. You must accept the terms of the agreement before using this application.
User acknowledges and agrees that he or she is solely responsible for and shall abide by these Terms of Use.

Copyright
The Software is owned by SMART HUNCH, PTE. LTD., and its structure, organization, and code are valuable trade secrets of SMART HUNCH. The Software is also protected by Singapore Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or modify the functionality of the Software. Except as stated in this agreement, this agreement does not grant you any property rights in the Software, including intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you are receiving a limited license to use the Program and Documentation and that the Company retains the title to the
 Program and Documentation. You acknowledge that the Company has a valuable proprietary interest in the Program and Documentation. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the Program or Documentation or any copy, modification, or merged portion in whole or in part without express permission from SMART HUNCH.


Intellectual property
Content provided to User are for User’s personal use. User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services for commercial use. The content can be used for educational purpose without commercial benefits. Most of the content is being created by mednomics author; the copyright and the right to use the content remains with mednomics unless stated otherwise. 


Submission of mnemonics
After submission of mnemonics, the content will undergo a review from a subject expert and if deemed appropriate can be displayed in the app. The user can be credited at the sole discretion of us depending upon the ingenuity of the mnemonic. Once you submit a mnemonic for us, we obtain the rights to alter, modify and utilise the same elsewhere.

Disclaimer of Warranty.
SMART HUNCH IS PROVIDING YOU THE SOFTWARE ON AN "AS- IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SMART HUNCH DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USE THE SOFTWARE .
SMART HUNCH MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL SMART HUNCH BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OF SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A REPRESENTATIVE OF SMART HUNCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
 Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so your rights may vary depending on the state or jurisdiction in which you are located. If you are in a state or jurisdiction which prohibits the exclusion or limitation of damages or implied warranties, to the extent permissible, any implied warranties shall be limited to ninety (90) days
The mednomics app content is intended to use only for educational purposes as a reference manual. The app is not intended to replace any medical advice nor is a standard reference. The application is provided as is and without any warranty to any kind of loss/damaged.

Updates, Maintenance and Support
We may from time to time make available to users, updates at no cost or subject to additional fees at our sole discretion. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Agreement, we will have no obligation to continue producing or releasing new versions of medmonics app or any updates thereto.

No personal information about you is collected

General
This agreement is governed by Singapore Law. User agrees that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to these Terms of Use shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located Singapore to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country.

Modification of These Terms of Use
We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered. You may review the most current terms and conditions of use in this application.
